HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Simply choose the color and the quantity that you would like to order.
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • When you're ready to complete your order, click Checkout.
  • You will then be taken to our secure checkout where you'll be asked to fill in your address, delivery and payment details.
  • After you've submitted your order, we'll confirm it by email.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff will pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you noticed an error with your shipping address, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your order details before it departs. Please notice that we can not guarantee it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are between 1-3 business days after the day the order has been placed. Most orders are prepared within 24 hours.

To pay with Credit/Debit Card, you need to get into the PayPal payment and there choose Credit/Debit Card. For more detailed explanation please go to the "Payment Options" Page

I'M TRYING TO ORDER, BUT MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ISN'T BEING ACCEPTED.

First of all make sure that your billing details match to those on your card statement exactly. If you're still having problems, send us a mail or contact us through our website chat and we'll try and find out what the problem is. Be wary of attempting submit your order too many times as your card issuer might automatically cancel your card.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order was placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1-3 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number right after. E-Packet is our primary carrier for U.S customers and for customers in countries/regions such as Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered usually within 15~25 days from the date of shipment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally to almost all countries. You will receive your order 20-30 days after it has been shipped.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Main Menu and put your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
